Solid Progress and Traction. We look for clear indicators of growth—product development, customer engagement, and early revenue all count.

‍Valuation in Range. We invest in pre-seed companies with valuations up to $8M.

But Two Criteria are Critical

Team. We want founders who not only have vision but also the expertise to execute. Show us why your team is built for success.

Market. Who are your customers, and why now? Must be a B2B Saas or climatetech.

PAX invests primarily in companies from the US and Canada. We also consider European companies looking to enter the US market. Startups from other regions need to be exceptional to earn our attention.
